GTS Hockey Warranty Terms

GTS takes great pride in manufacturing elite, pro quality sticks that meet the highest performance and durability standards.

All Topshelf and Edge sticks offer a one-time replacement warranty for breakage due to a manufacturer defect during normal use.

The warranty period is for 60 days for junior sticks and 30 days for intermediate and senior sticks. This period begins on the date of purchase by the end user from an authorized GTS dealer or pro partner.

Normal use does not include contact with a skate, stick, boards, net, bench, player or use on surfaces other than ice.

This warranty does not apply to sticks purchased used, factory samples, demos or promotional give away items. Team and pro stock sticks are not covered by warranty.

Warranty claims must include the original receipt as well as the authentic serial number affixed to the shaft.

All returned products are inspected by our quality control staff for evidence of misuse, tampering, abuse or heating by an outside source.

How do I make a warranty claim?

After you make a claim using the form on this web page you will be emailed a return authorization (RA) number and the exact instructions on how to proceed with your claim.

Do you pay for shipping?

Approved warranty claims include return shipping costs from our factory or warehouse. The customer is responsible for shipping the stick to us. We are unable to return broken hockey sticks.

Where do I send the stick?

You will receive the shipping address along with your RA number and the instructions on how to proceed with your claim after completing the claim form on this web page.

Do I need my receipt?

Yes, you must have the original receipt from an authorized dealer. In certain instances we can accept a credit card statement, however, your claim may be delayed as the retailer must confirm the exact transaction.
